To educate and empower the youth through calisthenics by building a global community.

To use Calisthenics (accessible fitness) to tackle social issues and sculpt a healthier generation globally.

How we started

The organisation was initially founded in 2022 as the ‘UCA’ (University Calisthenics Association) - a student-led project aimed to unify university calisthenics community across the UK.

Our founders joined forces from different educational institutions, and through rapid growth of the community, we learned the huge impact calisthenics had on our youth audience and the power this sport had to improve the lives of others in more ways than one.

Why We Started

At our universities, we didn't have any institutions or platform to support the growth of this sport on a national level, but who best to run the platform than the students themselves?

After hosting multiple workshops and a national competition, our community welcomed over 35 universities into our community within our first year.

Now, Cali Academy has expanded into a larger movement - including an online community of 600+ members - that focuses on youth leadership, education, and sculpting a healthier generation.
